您好！

由中国工程物理研究院总体工程研究所牵头发起，联合电子科技大学、湖南大学、北京强度环境研究所共同主办的可靠性领域英文国际期刊Journal of Reliability Science and Engineering（简称“JRSE”）已成功获取刊号（ISSN 3050-2454），计划2025年一季度开刊，目前正在广泛征稿。我谨代表JRSE编辑部，向您致以最诚挚的问候与崇高的敬意。

JRSE致力于发表与工程装备系统、电子信息系统、量子系统、智能系统、生命系统及新兴系统（以下统称“复杂系统”）可靠性相关的高水平研究成果，重点关注可靠性理论与方法、退化机理与失效物理、可靠性试验与仿真、故障诊断与健康管理、可靠性工程应用、可靠性共性支撑技术与新兴技术等方向最新研究进展。尤其关注极端环境下复杂系统在可靠性数学、物理、化学、人工智能等多学科交叉融合以及工程应用实践与管理等方面的最新研究成果。旨在打造一个发布复杂系统可靠性科学与工程相关原创性研究成果的国际学术平台，提升复杂系统可靠性，推动复杂系统可靠性理论和技术发展。

为了进一步提升JRSE的学术影响力，稳步推进可靠性理论和技术发展，我们诚挚地邀请您为本刊撰写或推荐高质量的学术论文。

02撰稿要求

1. 论文应具有原创性（确保未在其他刊物或会议上发表过，未在审稿过程中）、创新性、科学性，能够反映可靠性科学与工程领域的最新研究成果和发展趋势。

2. 论文需按照本刊的投稿指南撰写（语言为英语），包括标题（Title）、作者（Authors）、摘要（Abstract）、关键词（Keywords）、正文、参考文献等部分（详见投稿指南：https://publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org/publishing-support/authors/authoring-for-journals/writing-journal-article/）。

3. 论文类型：研究型文章、综述文章、评述等。

Journal

of Reliability Science and Engineering (JRSE) is an international

journal dedicated to publishing original high-quality papers on a wide

range of topics of interest to reliability researchers and

practitioners. The complex systems concerned in this journal include but

are not limited to engineered systems, electronic systems, quantum

systems, intelligent systems, life systems and emerging systems.

Specifically, JRSE focuses on the most significant and cutting-edge

research of complex systems in extreme environments, including the

interdisciplinary integration of mathematics, physics, chemistry, and

artificial intelligence as well as engineering application practice and

management. The aim of this journal is to create an international

academic platform to present original research results related to

complex system reliability science and engineering, promoting the

development of reliability theory and technology.

JRSE welcomes submissions of the following article types for publication in Regular Issues:

Paper:

Articles of unlimited length that report original research of

outstanding quality, and which make a significant advance in the field.

Topical

Review: Written by leading experts, these articles present the

background and overview of a particular field, and the current state of

the art.

Perspectives:

Articles that are written from a personal standpoint and judgement of

an eminent author on a particular topic, invited by the Editorial Board.

Comment: Comment or criticism on work previously published in the journal. Usually published with an associated Reply.

Reply: Invited response usually from the authors whose work is criticised in the associated Comment.

News

and views: These articles inform non-specialist readers about new

scientific advances, as reported in recently published papers (in JRSE

and elsewhere).
