Journal of Information and Computing Science（《信息与计算科学学报（英文）》，以下简称“JICS”，ISSN 1746-7659）创刊于2006年，现由南京信息工程大学主办，香港Global Science Press（GSP）出版。本刊由中国科学院汤涛院士和法国科学院Pierre Auger院士共同担任主编。JICS致力于推动信息科学、计算科学及相关交叉领域的前沿研究，为全球学者提供高水平的学术交流平台。

1征稿范围

JICS聚焦以下研究方向（包括但不限于）：

计算方法与理论：数值分析、优化算法、高性能计算等；

可计算建模：数学建模、复杂系统仿真、计算流体动力学等；

信息科学与技术：信息控制、信号处理、密码学与信息安全等；

交叉学科应用：计算生物学、计算化学、量子计算与量子信息等；

人工智能与数据科学：机器学习、数据挖掘、智能算法与大数据分析等；

计算机科学前沿：算法设计、软件工程、分布式计算与区块链技术等。

2投稿须知

2.1 稿件要求

稿件应为原创且未公开发表的研究成果，具有学术创新性或重要应用价值；

符合学术伦理规范，无剽窃、重复发表等行为；

投稿语言为英文，格式请参照期刊模板（可在投稿系统内下载）。

2.2 投稿方式

请通过期刊官方官网中的投稿系统提交；首次投稿需注册作者账号，并按照系统指引完成稿件上传。

2.3 审稿流程

Journal

of Information and Computing Science (JICS) (ISSN 1746-7659), founded

in 2006, is currently hosted by Nanjing University of Information

Science and Technology and published by Global Science Press (GSP) in

Hong Kong. JICS is committed to promoting cutting-edge research in

information science, computing science and related interdisciplinary

fields, and providing a high-level academic exchange platform for

scholars around the world.

1Scope of Submission

JICS focuses on the following research areas (including but not limited to):

Computational Methods and Theory: Numerical analysis, optimization algorithms, high performance computing, etc.

Computational Modeling: Mathematical modeling, complex system simulation, computational fluid dynamics, etc.

Information Science and Technology: Information control, signal processing, cryptography, and information security, etc.

Interdisciplinary Applications: Computational biology, computational chemistry, quantum computing, and quantum information, etc.

Artificial Intelligence and Data Science: Machine learning, data mining, intelligent algorithms, and big data analytics, etc.

Frontiers of Computer Science: Algorithm design, software engineering, distributed computing, and blockchain technology, etc.

2Submission Guidelines

2.1 Manuscript Requirements

Original research that has not been published elsewhere, with academic innovation or significant application value.

Compliance with academic ethics, free from plagiarism, duplicate publication, or other misconduct.

Manuscripts

must be submitted in English and formatted according to the journal

template (available for download within the submission system).

2.2 Submission Process

Submit your manuscript via the journal's official submission system in Journal Website.

The first-time users need to register an author account and follow the system instructions to upload the manuscript.

2.3 Peer Review Process

JICS employs a peer review system, with a review cycle of approximately 4~8 weeks.

Accepted manuscripts will be published online as soon as possible.
