《增材制造前沿（英文）》是由中国科协主管、中国机械工程学会主办的英文学术期刊。2020年7月入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划“高起点新刊”项目，2023年3月，国家新闻出版署同意《中国机械工程学报：增材制造前沿（英文）》更名为《增材制造前沿（英文）》及变更出版单位。

主要刊登范围：增材制造领域的最新研究成果，着重刊登前沿探索、金属打印、非金属打印、生物医疗3D打印、增材制造设计与软件、增材制造设备、增材制造质量与检测等。

Aims and scope

Additive Manufacturing Frontiers (AMF) is a peer-reviewed international journal focusing on the rapidly developing field of Additive Manufacturing and related technologies, which will be launched on the Elsevier platform. AMF is supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), and sponsored by the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES).

AMF is committed to providing a global exchange platform for academic research, technological innovation, and industrial development of additive manufacturing, including but not limited to the cutting-edge research, innovative approaches, latest technological progresses, etc.

AMF welcomes original research articles, reviews, letters, research highlights, and editorials.

The publishing scopes of AMF including but not limited to:

(1) Frontier exploration

New principles and new methods

Smart structure 3D printing

Biological 3D printing

4D printing

(2) Key bottleneck technologies

• Manuscript has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked'

• All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa

• A competing interests statement is provided, even if the authors have no competing interests to declare

• Journal policies detailed in this guide have been reviewed

• Referee suggestions and contact details provided, based on journal requirements
