Trends in Microbiology《微生物学进展》（月刊）. Trends in Microbiology provides a multidisciplinary forum for the discussion of all aspects of microbiology: from cell biology and immunology to genetics and evolution, and ranges across virology, bacteriology, protozoology and mycology.

Systematic and Applied Microbiology《系统与应用微生物学》（双月刊）. Systematic and Applied Microbiology deals with various aspects of microbial diversity and systematics of prokaryotes. It focuses on Bacteria and Archaea; eukaryotic microorganisms will only be considered in rare cases.

Symbiosis《共栖》（一年9期）. Since 1985, Symbiosis publishes original research that contributes to the understanding of symbiotic interactions in a wide range of associations at the molecular, cellular and organismic level. Reviews and short communications on well-known or new symbioses are welcomed as are book reviews. This spectrum of papers aims to encourage and enhance interactions among researchers in this rapidly expanding field.

Revista Argentina de Microbiología《阿根廷微生物学杂志》（季刊）. Revista Argentina de Microbiología is published by the Asociación Argentina de Microbiología (AAM) on a quarterly basis. The aim of this journal is to publish current scientific works in the different areas of Microbiology and Parasitology. Research in Microbiology《微生物学研究》（一年8期）. Research in Microbiology publishes original research papers and reviews on all aspects of Microbiology. The overriding criteria for publication are originality, high scientific quality, depth of analysis and up-to-date relevance focused on the microorganism.

Protist《原生生物》（双月刊）. Protist is the international forum for reporting substantial and novel findings in any area of research on protists. The criteria for acceptance of manuscripts are scientific excellence, significance, and interest for a broad readership. Suitable subject areas include: molecular, cell and developmental biology, biochemistry, systematics and phylogeny, and ecology of protists. Both autotrophic and heterotrophic protists as well as parasites are covered. The journal publishes original papers, short historical perspectives and includes a news and views section.

Polish Journal of Microbiology《波兰微生物学杂志》（季刊）. Polish Journal of Microbiology, founded in 1952 as Acta Microbiologica Polonica (ISSN 0137-1320), is a broad-based international microbiological journal covering: general microbiology, bacterial physiology, molecular biology and genetics, virology, clinical bacteriology, environmental microbiology and biotechnology.

Plasmid《质粒》（双月刊）. Plasmid publishes original research on genetic elements in all kingdoms of life with emphasis on maintenance, transmission and evolution of extrachromosomal elements. Objects of interest include plasmids, bacteriophages, mobile genetic elements, organelle DNA, and genomic and pathogenicity islands.
