Transactions of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene is an official journal of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. It publishes authoritative and impactful original, peer-reviewed articles and reviews on all aspects of tropical medicine.

Southeast Asian Journal of Tropical Medicine and Public Health《东南亚热带医学与公共卫生杂志》（双月刊）. The SEAMEO* Regional Tropical Medicine and Public Health Project was established in 1967 to help improve the health and standard of living of the peoples of Southeast Asia by pooling manpower resources of the participating SEAMEO member countries in a cooperative endeavor to develop and upgrade the research and training capabilities of the existing facilities in these countries. By promoting effective regional cooperation among the participating national centers, it is hoped to minimize waste in duplication of programs and activities. In 1992 the Project was renamed the SEAMEO Regional Tropical Medicine and Public Health Network.

PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases《公共科学图书馆-被忽视的热带病》（月刊）. PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases publishes research devoted to the pathology, epidemiology, prevention, treatment and control of the neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), as well as relevant public policy.

Pathogens and Global Health《病原体与全球健康》（一年8期）. Pathogens and Global Health is a journal of infectious disease and public health that focuses on the translation of molecular, immunological, genomics and epidemiological knowledge into control measures for global health threats. The journal publishes original innovative research papers, assesses and contextualises new ideas, trends and research, and interviews policy makers and opinion leaders on health subjects of international relevance. It provides a forum for scientific, ethical and political discussion of new innovative solutions for controlling and eradicating infectious diseases, with particular emphasis on those diseases affecting the poorest regions of the world.

Parasites & Vectors《寄生虫与媒介》（一年1卷）. Parasites & Vectors is an open access, peer-reviewed online journal dealing with the biology of parasites, parasitic diseases, intermediate hosts, vectors and vector-borne pathogens. Manuscripts published in this journal will be available to everybody worldwide, with no barriers to access, immediately following acceptance. However, authors retain the copyright of their material and may use it, or distribute it, as they wish.

Memórias do Instituto Oswaldo Cruz《Oswaldo Cruz研究所论文集》（一年1卷）.
