投稿要求：投稿论文应具有思想性、学术性和原创性，着重探讨马克思主义和社会主义的理论与实践以及当今世界人类社会发展的重大问题。投稿至少准备两个WORD文档：标题页（含论文题目、作者简介、作者联系方式）和用于专家盲审的全文（包括论文题目、摘要、关键词和正文，参考文献采用当页注释、连续编号，勿含作者姓名和联系方式信息）。

稿件语言：中文或英文

稿件字数：中文15000字左右；英文8000-12000 words
