ASTRONOMISCHE NACHRICHTEN《天文学通报》（一年十期）。Astronomische Nachrichten, founded in 1821 by H. C. Schumacher, is the oldest astronomical journal worldwide still being published. Famous astronomical discoveries and important papers on astronomy and astrophysics published in more than 300 volumes of the journal give an outstanding representation of the progress of astronomical research over the last 180 years. Today, Astronomical Notes/ Astronomische Nachrichten publishes articles in the field of observational and theoretical astrophysics and related topics in solar-system and solar physics. Additional, papers on astronomical instrumentation ground-based and space-based as well as papers about numerical astrophysical techniques and supercomputer modelling are covered. Papers can be completed by short video sequences in the electronic version. Astronomical Notes/ Astronomische Nachrichten also publishes special issues of meeting proceedings.

ASTRONOMICAL JOURNAL《天文学杂志》（月刊）。The Astronomical Journal publishes original astronomical research, with an emphasis on significant scientific results derived from observations. Publications in AJ include descriptions of data capture, surveys, analysis techniques, astronomical interpretation, instrumentation, and software and computing.

ANNUAL REVIEW OF EARTH AND PLANETARY SCIENCES《地球与行星科学年评》（年刊）. The Annual Review of Earth and Planetary Sciences, in publication since 1973, covers significant developments in all areas of earth and planetary sciences, from climate, environment, and geological hazards to the formation of planets and the evolution of life.

ANNALES GEOPHYSICAE《地球物理学年鉴》（半年刊）. Annales Geophysicae (ANGEO) is a not-for-profit international multi- and inter-disciplinary scientific open-access journal in the field of solar–terrestrial and planetary sciences. ANGEO publishes original articles and short communications (letters) on research of the Sun–Earth system, including the science of space weather, solar–terrestrial plasma physics, the Earths ionosphere and atmosphere, the magnetosphere, and the study of planets and planetary systems, the interaction between the different spheres of a planet, and the interaction across the planetary system. Topics range from space weathering, planetary magnetic field, and planetary interior and surface dynamics to the formation and evolution of planetary systems.

Earth and Space Science《地球与空间科学》（月刊）. Earth and Space Science (ESS) is an open access journal publishing high-quality original research papers spanning all of the Earth, planetary, and space sciences, including related fields in environmental science, geo- and space-engineering, and biogeochemistry. ESS particularly welcomes papers presenting and interpreting key data sets and observations that are critical, singularly or in aggregate, for a broader scientific understanding of the Earth and its environment, as well as our solar system and beyond, or papers that add to the understanding of such observations (e.g., methodology, theory, mapping, and modeling). In particular, ESS is seeking papers that highlight methods, instruments, sensors, data and algorithms that contribute to the Earth and Space sciences. The papers must highlight the application of these methods to specific data. Author Publishing Charges for Open Access are $1800 for Research Papers and $900 for Technical Reports on Data or Methods.

ASTROPHYSICAL BULLETIN《天体物理通报》（季刊）。Astrophysical Bulletin is an international peer reviewed journal that publishes the results of original research in various areas of modern astronomy and astrophysics, including observational and theoretical astrophysics, physics of the Sun, radio astronomy, stellar astronomy, extragalactic astronomy, cosmology, and astronomy methods and instrumentation.

ASTRONOMY AND ASTROPHYSICS REVIEW《天文学与天体物理学评论》（年刊）。The Astronomy and Astrophysics Review is devoted to all areas of astronomy and astrophysics, including subjects bordering on other fields. Thus developments in laboratory or particle physics directly relevant to astronomy may be included, as well as cosmic ray physics, studies in the solar system, astrobiology, instrumentation and computational and statistical methods with specific astronomical applications. It is intended that all important fields be reviewed from time to time, whereby the frequency of review will be dependent on the amount of activity in the different areas.

ASTROPHYSICAL JOURNAL SUPPLEMENT SERIES《天体物理杂志增刊系列》（月刊）。The Astrophysical Journal Supplement publishes significant articles containing extensive data or calculations. ApJS also supports Special Issues, collections of thematically related papers published simultaneously in a single volume.

ASTROPHYSICAL JOURNAL《天体物理杂志》（旬刊）. The Astrophysical Journal is devoted to recent developments, discoveries, and theories in astronomy and astrophysics. Publications in ApJ constitute significant new research that is directly relevant to astrophysical applications, whether based on observational results or on theoretical insights or modeling.
