Heredity is the official journal of the Genetics Society Profits generated from the journal go back to the research community in terms of small grants and support for conferences and workshops. Heredity specifically supports fieldwork grants for genetics-related research; we encourage award recipients to submit resulting publications to Heredity.

HEREDITAS《遗传》（年刊）. For almost a century, Hereditas has published original cutting-edge research and reviews. As the Official journal of the Mendelian Society of Lund, the journal welcomes research from across all areas of genetics and genomics.
