Sydowia（一年1卷）. SYDOWIA publishes reports of original research relevant to fungal taxonomy, systematics, evolution, structure, development, ecology, pathology (plants, animals, humans), and biotechnological applications. Reviews are published in areas of particular interest and current importance, but authors should consult the Editor before submitting a review manuscript. The official journal language is English.

Studies in Mycology《真菌学研究》（一年3期）. Studies in Mycology is an international journal which publishes systematic monographs of filamentous fungi and yeasts, and special topical issues related to all fields of mycology, biotechnology, ecology, molecular biology, pathology and systematics. The journal is Open-Access and contains monographs or topical issues (5–6 papers per issue). There are no restrictions of length, although it is generally expected that manuscripts should be at least 50 A4 pages in print.

Revista Iberoamericana de Micología《伊比利亚美洲真菌学杂志》（季刊）. Revista Iberoamericana de Micología (Ibero-American Journal of Mycology) is the official journal of the Asociación Española de Micología, Asociación Venezolana de Micología and Asociación Argentina de Micología (The Spanish, Venezuelan, and Argentinian Mycology Associations). The Journal gives priority to publishing articles on studies associated with fungi and their pathogenic action on humans and animals, as well as any scientific studies on any aspect of mycology. The Journal also publishes, in Spanish and in English, original articles, reviews, mycology forums, editorials, special articles, notes, and letters to the editor, that have previously gone through a scientific peer review process.

Persoonia: Molecular phylogeny and evolution of fungi《真菌分子系统发生与演化》（半年刊）. Persoonia is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, full colour, fast-track journal, with papers published monthly. Persoonia aims to publish papers dealing with molecular systematics and evolution of fungi. A further aim is to promote fungal taxonomy by employing a polythetic approach to clarify the true phylogeny and relationships within the kingdom Fungi. The journal publishes high-quality papers elucidating known and novel fungal taxa at the DNA level, and also strives to present novel insights into evolutionary processes and relationships. Papers to be considered include research articles, topical and book reviews.

Mycotoxin Research《霉菌毒素研究》（季刊）. Mycotoxin Research, the official publication of the Society for Mycotoxin Research, is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal dealing with all aspects related to toxic fungal metabolites. The journal publishes original research articles and reviews in all areas dealing with mycotoxins.

Mycoscience《真菌科学》（双月刊）. Mycoscience is a fully peer-reviewed and open access international journal, which is issued online by the Mycological Society of Japan (MSJ). Readers are able to search publications in Mycoscience via J-STAGE. Mycoscience publishes original research articles and reviews on various topics related to fungi, including yeasts and other organisms, that have traditionally been studied by mycologists.

Mycorrhiza《菌根》（双月刊）. Mycorrhiza is an international journal devoted to research into mycorrhizas - the widest symbioses in nature, involving plants and a range of soil fungi world-wide. The scope of Mycorrhiza covers all aspects of research into mycorrhizas, including molecular biology of the plants and fungi, fungal systematics, development and structure of mycorrhizas, and effects on plant physiology, productivity, reproduction and disease resistance. The scope also includes interactions between mycorrhizal fungi and other soil organisms and effects of mycorrhizas on plant biodiversity and ecosystem structure.

Mycopathologia《真菌病理学》（双月刊）. Mycopathologia is an official journal of the International Union of Microbiological Societies (IUMS). Mycopathologia was founded in 1938 with the mission to ‘diffuse the understanding of fungal diseases in man and animals among mycologists’. Many of the milestones discoveries in the field of medical mycology have been communicated through the pages of this journal. Mycopathologia covers a diverse, interdisciplinary range of topics that is unique in breadth and depth.

Mycological Progress《真菌学进展》（一年1卷）. Mycological Progress is a scientific, international journal publishing peer-reviewed basic and applied research papers, reviews and new method descriptions that target aspects of fungi, lichens and phylogenetically unrelated, fungus-like organisms.

Mycologia《真菌学》（双月刊）. International in coverage, Mycologia presents recent advances in mycology, emphasizing all aspects of the biology of Fungi and fungus-like organisms, including Lichens, Oomycetes and Slime Molds. The Journal emphasizes subjects including applied biology, biochemistry, cell biology, development, ecology, evolution, genetics, genomics, molecular biology, morphology, new techniques, animal or plant pathology, phylogenetics, physiology, aspects of secondary metabolism, systematics, and ultrastructure. In addition to research articles, reviews and short notes, Mycologia also includes invited papers based on presentations from the Annual Conference of the Mycological Society of America, such as Karling Lectures or Presidential Addresses.
