MycoKeys《真菌学》（不定期）. MycoKeys is a peer-reviewed, open-access, online and printed, rapidly published and disseminated journal launched to accelerate research and free information exchange in taxonomy, phylogeny, biogeography, evolution and ecology of the monophyletic kingdom Fungi (including lichens). The journal will consider for publication manuscripts on any taxon of any geological age from any part of the world with no limit to manuscript size.

Mycobiology《真菌生物学》（季刊）. Mycobiology is an international journal devoted to the publication of fundamental and applied investigations on all aspects of mycology and their traditional allies. It is published quarterly and is the official publication of the Korean Society of Mycology. Mycobiology publishes reports of basic research on fungi and fungus-like organisms, including yeasts, filamentous fungi, lichen fungi, oomycetes, moulds, and mushroom. Topics also include molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, metabolism, developmental biology, environmental mycology, evolution, ecology, taxonomy and systematics, genetics/genomics, fungal pathogen and disease control, physiology, and industrial biotechnology using fungi.

The Lichenologist《地衣学家》（双月刊）. The Lichenologist is the premier scientific journal devoted exclusively to the study of lichens worldwide. As the leading forum for the dissemination of new concepts and topical reviews, The Lichenologist reaches more scientists concerned with the study of lichens and lichen symbionts than any other single journal. Papers are accepted in all areas of lichen biology including taxonomy and systematics, phylogenetics, biogeography, community and population ecology, lichen physiology and anatomy.

Journal of Fungi《真菌杂志》（月刊）. Journal of Fungi (ISSN 2309-608X) is an international, peer-reviewed scientific open access journal that provides an advanced forum for studies related to pathogenic fungi, fungal biology, and all other aspects of fungal research. The journal publishes reviews, regular research papers, and communications in monthly issues. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Therefore, there is no restriction on paper length. Full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced.

Cryptogamie, Mycologie《隐花植物：真菌类》（不定期）. Cryptogamie is divided into three sections, each published as an individual publication: Cryptogamie, Bryologie, Cryptogamie, Algologie and Cryptogamie, Mycologie. Cryptogamie is a French journal of international scope publishing in several European languages. It accepts original papers and review articles on the systematics, biology and ecology of all cryptogams (algae; bryophytes; fungi and lichens, respectively).

Journal de Mycologie Medicale《医学真菌学杂志》（季刊）. The Journal of Medical Mycology / Journal de Mycologie Médicale (JMM) publishes in English works dealing with human and animal mycology. The subjects treated are focused in particular on clinical, diagnostic, epidemiological, immunological, medical, pathological, preventive or therapeutic aspects of mycoses. Also covered are basic aspects linked primarily with morphology (electronic and photonic microscopy), physiology, biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, immunochemistry, genetics, taxonomy or phylogeny of pathogenic or opportunistic fungi and actinomycetes in humans or animals.

FUNGAL GENETICS AND BIOLOGY《真菌遗传学与生物学》（月刊）. Fungal Genetics and Biology, formerly known as Experimental Mycology, publishes experimental investigations of fungi and their traditional allies that relate structure and function to growth, reproduction, morphogenesis, and differentiation. This journal especially welcomes studies of gene organization and expression and of developmental processes at the cellular, subcellular, and molecular levels. The journal also includes suitable experimental inquiries into fungal cytology, biochemistry, physiology, genetics, and phylogeny.

Fungal Ecology《真菌生态学》（双月刊）. Fungal Ecology publishes investigations into all aspects of fungal ecology, including the following (not exclusive): population dynamics; adaptation; evolution; role in ecosystem functioning, nutrient cycling, decomposition, carbon allocation; ecophysiology; intra- and inter-specific mycelial interactions, fungus-plant (pathogens, mycorrhizas, lichens, endophytes), fungus-invertebrate and fungus-microbe interaction; genomics and (evolutionary) genetics; conservation and biodiversity; remote sensing; bioremediation and biodegradation; quantitative and computational aspects - modelling, indicators, complexity, informatics. The usual prerequisites for publication will be originality, clarity, and significance as relevant to a better understanding of the ecology of fungi.

FUNGAL BIOLOGY REVIEWS《真菌生物学评论》（季刊）. Fungal Biology Reviews is an international reviews journal, owned by the British Mycological Society. Its objective is to provide a forum for high quality review articles within fungal biology. It covers all fields of fungal biology, whether fundamental or applied, including fungal diversity, ecology, evolution, physiology and ecophysiology, biochemistry, genetics and molecular biology, cell biology, interactions (symbiosis, pathogenesis etc), environmental aspects, biotechnology and taxonomy.

Fungal Biology publishes original contributions in all fields of basic and applied research involving fungi and fungus-like organisms (including oomycetes and slime moulds).
