Nutrition, Metabolism & Cardiovascular Diseases is a forum designed to focus on the powerful interplay between nutritional and metabolic alterations, and cardiovascular disorders. It aims to be a highly qualified tool to help refine strategies against the nutrition-related epidemics of metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. By presenting original clinical and experimental findings, it introduces readers and authors into a rapidly developing area of clinical and preventive medicine, including also vascular biology. Of particular concern are the origins, the mechanisms and the means to prevent and control diabetes, atherosclerosis, hypertension, and other nutrition-related diseases.

Nutrition clinique et métabolisme is the journal of the French-speaking society of clinical nutrition and metabolism. Associating clinicians, biologists, pharmacists, and fundamentalists, the articles presented in the journal concern man and animals, and deal with organs and cells. The goal is a better understanding of the effects of artificial nutrition and human metabolism. Original articles, general reviews, update articles, technical notes and communications are published, as well as editorials and case reports. The journal publishes articles in French or in English and will consider manuscripts submitted in either language.

Nutrition & Diabetes is a peer-reviewed, open access online journal publishing clinical, metabolic, genetic and epidemiological studies that describe methodologies, mechanisms, and associations in relation to diabetes and nutrition-related diseases. The journal will also publish papers concerned with the benefits of nutrition and lifestyle interventions and therapeutic trials in diabetes or related diseases for both clinical disease management and health promotion.

The field of neuroimmunomodulation explores the way in which the nervous system interacts with the immune system via neural and hormonal actions and vice versa. Encompassing both basic and clinical research, Neuroimmunomodulation reports on all aspects of these interactions that bridge brain and immune system in bidirectional ways. The journal is also open to psychoneuroimmunology. Basic investigations consider all neural and humoral networks from molecular genetics through cell regulation to integrative systems of the body. Although primarily devoted to research articles, timely reviews on psycho-neuro-endocrine-immune interrelations are published on a regular basis.

Nature Metabolism publishes work from across all fields of metabolism research that significantly advances our understanding of metabolic and homeostatic processes in a cellular or broader physiological context, from fundamental cell biology to basic biomedical and translational research. At its core, the research published in Nature Metabolism sheds light on how cellular metabolism informs cellular function, on the physiology and homeostasis of organs and tissues, on the regulation of organismal energy homeostasis, and on the molecular pathophysiology of metabolic diseases, such as diabetes and obesity, or the treatment thereof.
