Emergency Medicine International《国际急诊医学》（一年1卷）. Emergency Medicine International is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal that provides a forum for doctors, nurses, paramedics and ambulance staff. The journal publishes original research articles and review articles related to prehospital care, disaster preparedness and response, acute medical and paediatric emergencies, critical care, sports medicine, wound care, and toxicology.

Emergency Medicine Clinics of North America《北美急救医学临床》（季刊）. Emergency Medicine Clinics of North America updates those in the fields of anesthesia, critical care, and emergency medicine on the latest trends in patient management, providing a sound basis for choosing the best treatment options. Published four times a year—in February, May, August, and November—each issue covers a single topic in emergency medicine, including cardiac, pediatric, neurological, thoracic, and orthopedic emergencies, as well as trauma and toxicology.

Emergency Medicine Australasia《澳大拉西亚急诊医学》（双月刊）. Emergency Medicine Australasia is the official journal of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and the Australasian Society for Emergency Medicine (ASEM), and publishes original articles dealing with all aspects of clinical practice, research, education and experiences in emergency medicine.

EMERGENCIAS《急救》（双月刊）. EMERGENCIAS, which publishes 6 regular issues per year is the official journal of the Spanish Society of Emergency Medicine (SEMES). EMERGENCIAS will consider articles written in Spanish or English on subjects related to any aspect of emergency medicine, such as urgent and emergent care, health catastrophes, emergency rescue and transfer procedures, and coordination and management of health care in these settings. The journal is open to the work of physicians, nurses, paramedics, or any other professionals who do research in the context of emergency health care.

African Journal of Emergency Medicine《非洲急救医学杂志》（季刊）. The African Journal of Emergency Medicine (AfJEM) is the official journal of the African Federation for Emergency Medicine. It is an Africa-centric, peer-reviewed journal aimed in particular at supporting emergency care across, you guessed it, Africa. AfJEM publishes original research, reviews, brief reports of scientific investigations, case reports as well as commentary and correspondence related to topics of scientific, ethical, social and economic importance to emergency care in Africa. Articles will be of direct importance to African emergency care, but may have originated from elsewhere in the world.

Canadian Journal of Emergency Medicine《加拿大急诊医学杂志》（月刊）. CJEM is Canada’s only academic journal in emergency medicine and the official publication of the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians. CJEM publishes articles of interest to emergency care providers in rural, urban or academic settings that reflect the growing interest in emergency medicine, both as a medical discipline and an expanding field for research.

Burns & Trauma《烧伤与创伤》（一年一卷），创刊于2013年6月，是陆军军医大学西南医院烧伤研究所创办的第一本英文期刊。它同时也是中华医学会烧伤外科学分会、中国康复医学会烧伤治疗与康复学专业委员会、中国整形美容协会瘢痕医学分会、中国医促会生物物理与再生修复医学分会的会刊，是目前国内烧伤领域惟一一本英文期刊。

BMC EMERGENCY MEDICINE《BMC急诊医学》（年刊）. BMC Emergency Medicine is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that considers articles on all urgent and emergency aspects of medicine, in both practice and basic research. In addition, the journal covers aspects of disaster medicine and medicine in special locations, such as conflict areas and military medicine, together with articles concerning healthcare services in the emergency departments.

Scandinavian Journal of Trauma Resuscitation & Emergency Medicine《斯堪的纳维亚创伤、复苏与急救医学杂志》（年刊）. The primary topics of interest in Scandinavian Journal of Trauma, Resuscitation and Emergency Medicine (SJTREM) are the pre-hospital and early in-hospital diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of emergency medicine, trauma, and resuscitation. Contributions focusing on dispatch, major incidents, etiology, pathophysiology, rehabilitation, epidemiology, prevention, education, training, implementation, work environment, as well as ethical and socio-economic aspects may also be assessed for publication.
