Microscopy Research and Technique《显微镜研究与技术》（月刊）. Microscopy Research and Technique (MRT) publishes articles on all aspects of advanced microscopy original architecture and methodologies with applications in the biological, clinical, chemical, and materials sciences. Original basic and applied research as well as technical papers dealing with the various subsets of microscopy are encouraged. MRT is the right form for those developing new microscopy methods or using the microscope to answer key questions in basic and applied research.

Microscopy and Microanalysis《显微镜学与微量分析》（双月刊）. Microscopy and Microanalysis publishes original research papers in the fields of microscopy, imaging, and compositional analysis. This distinguished international forum is intended for microscopists in both biology and materials science. The journal provides significant articles that describe new and existing techniques and instrumentation, as well as the applications of these to the imaging and analysis of microstructure. Microscopy and Microanalysis also includes review articles, letters to the editor, and book reviews.

Microscopy《显微镜学》（双月刊）. Microscopy , previously Journal of Electron Microscopy , promotes research combined with any type of microscopy techniques, applied in life and material sciences. Microscopy is the official journal of the Japanese Society of Microscopy.

Micron《微米》（月刊）. Micron is an interdisciplinary forum for all work that involves new applications of microscopy or where advanced microscopy plays a central role. The journal publishes research papers on the design, methods, application, practice or theory of microscopy and microanalysis, including reports on light optical, electron-beam, X-ray microtomography, ion microscopy and scanning-probe imaging.

Journal of Microscopy《显微镜学期刊》（月刊）. The Journal of Microscopy is for scientists and technologists that use any form of microscopy, spatially resolved spectroscopy, compositional mapping, microanalysis and image analysis. This includes technology and applications in physics, chemistry, material and biological sciences. The Journal of Microscopy is particularly interested in papers on original applications and developments in microscopy.

Ultrastructural Pathology《超微结构病理学》（双月刊）. Ultrastructural Pathology is the official journal of the Society for Ultrastructural Pathology. Published bimonthly, we are the only journal to be devoted entirely to diagnostic ultrastructural pathology.

Ultramicroscopy《超显微》（月刊）. Authors of this journal will receive an invitation e-mail to create microscope images for use with the Virtual Microscope when their manuscript is first reviewed.
