Microbiology Spectrum《微生物学波普》（月刊）. Microbiology Spectrum (Spectrum) publishes research from all domains of basic, applied, and clinical microbial sciences. Rather than making subjective evaluations of potential impact, Microbiology Spectrum publishes research studies that are of high technical quality and are useful to the community. Review articles enable both nonspecialists and specialists to understand the state of the science and apply the latest findings to advance their own research.

Microbiology and Immunology《微生物学与免疫学》（月刊）. Microbiology and Immunology is published in association with Japanese Society for Bacteriology, Japanese Society for Virology, and Japanese Society for Host Defense Research. It is peer-reviewed publication that provides insight into the study of microbes and the host immune, biological and physiological responses.

Microbiology《微生物学》（双月刊）. Microbiology is an international peer-reviewed journal that covers a wide range of problems in the areas of fundamental and applied microbiology. The journal publishes experimental and theoretical papers, reviews on modern trends in different fields of microbiological science, and short communications with descriptions of unusual observations. The journal welcomes manuscripts from all countries.

Microbiological Research《微生物学研究》（月刊）. Microbiological Research is devoted to publishing reports on prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms such as yeasts, fungi, bacteria, archaea, and protozoa. Research on interactions between pathogenic microorganisms and their environment or hosts are also covered. The research should be original and include molecular aspects to generate a significant contribution of broad interest. Papers of rather specialised or of preliminary and descriptive content will normally not be considered.

Microbial Risk Analysis《微生物风险分析》（一年3期）. The peer-reviewed journal Microbial Risk Analysis accepts articles dealing with the study of risk analysis applied to microbial hazards. Manuscripts should at least cover any of the components of risk assessment (risk characterization, exposure assessment, etc.), risk management and/or risk communication in any microbiology field (clinical, environmental, food, veterinary, etc.).

Microbial Pathogenesis《微生物发病机理》（月刊）. Microbial Pathogenesis publishes original contributions and reviews about the molecular and cellular mechanisms of infectious diseases. It covers microbiology, host-pathogen interaction and immunology related to infectious agents, including bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa. It also accepts papers in the field of clinical microbiology, with the exception of case reports.

Microbial Genomics《微生物基因组学》（月刊）. Microbial Genomics pioneers all areas of genome research spanning the breadth of microbial life including viruses, bacteria, archaea and microbial eukaryotes. We welcome articles showing novel insights, new applications, or innovative approaches using genomic data. Content ranges from comparative and functional genomics of model organisms to population-scale evolution, epidemiology and microbiome studies, and real-world genomics applications with clinical, veterinary or environmental relevance.

Microbial Ecology《微生物生态学》（一年1卷）. Over recent years, the journal Microbial Ecology has been revamped to provide an international forum for the presentation of high-quality scientific investigations into microbial ecology, and how microorganisms interact with their biotic and abiotic environments, with each other as well as with their neighbors and hosts. The journal presents high quality peer reviewed manuscripts in multiple formats inclusive of full-length manuscripts, commentaries and notes. Brief reviews and topical position papers are also encouraged. The journal has a rapid average turn around rate of 6 weeks.

Microbial Drug Resistance《微生物耐药性》（月刊）. Microbial Drug Resistance (MDR) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that covers the global threat and spread of multi-drug resistant clones of major pathogens that are widely documented in hospitals and the scientific community, the efforts to develop novel therapeutic strategies targeting the drug-resistant bacteria, reinforcing the barrier-effect of the microbiome and host directed responses.
