Computational Geometry: Theory and Applications《计算几何学：理论与应用》（双月刊）. Computational Geometry is a forum for research in theoretical and applied aspects of computational geometry. The journal publishes fundamental research in all areas of the subject, as well as disseminating information on the applications, techniques, and use of computational geometry. Computational Geometry publishes articles on the design and analysis of geometric algorithms. All aspects of computational geometry are covered, including the numerical, graph theoretical, combinatorial and computational topology aspects.

Computational Complexity《计算复杂性》（半年刊）. Computational Complexity presents outstanding research in computational complexity. Its subject is at the interface between mathematics and theoretical computer science, with a clear mathematical profile and strictly mathematical format.

Computational Biology and Chemistry《计算生物学与化学》（双月刊）. Computational Biology and Chemistry (CBAC) publishes original research papers and review articles in all areas of computational life sciences. High quality research contributions in the areas of nucleic acid and protein sequence research, molecular evolution, molecular genetics (functional genomics and proteomics), theory and practice of either biology-specific or chemical-biology-specific modeling, and structural biology of nucleic acids and proteins are particularly welcome.

Computational and Theoretical Chemistry《计算与理论化学》（月刊）. Computational and Theoretical Chemistry publishes high quality, original reports of significance in computational and theoretical chemistry including those that deal with problems of structure, properties, energetics, weak interactions, reaction mechanisms, catalysis, and reaction rates involving atoms, molecules, clusters, surfaces, and bulk matter. Reports on new methods, comprehensive assessments of existing methods, and applications to new types of problems are welcome.

Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal《计算与结构生物技术杂志》（季刊）. Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal (CSBJ) is an online gold open access journal publishing research articles and reviews after full peer review. All articles are published, without barriers to access, immediately upon acceptance. The journal places a strong emphasis on functional and mechanistic understanding of how molecular components in a biological process work together through the application of computational methods. Structural data may provide such insights, but they are not a pre-requisite for publication in the journal.

Computational & Applied Mathematics《计算与应用数学》（一年8期）. Computational & Applied Mathematics began to be published in 1981. This journal was conceived as the main scientific publication of the Brazilian Society of Computational and Applied Mathematics (SBMAC). The objective of the journal is the publication of original research in Applied and Computational Mathematics, with interfaces in Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Operations Research, Statistics, Social Sciences and Economy.
