The Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology《刑法与犯罪学杂志》(季刊). Since its founding in 1910 by Dean John Henry Wigmore, the Journal has played a unique role in the history of criminal law and criminology in the United States. The Journal was a product of the “National Conference on Criminal Law and Criminology,” held in 1909 to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Northwestern University School of Law. The Conference elected Dean Wigmore as its first president and resulted in the creation of the Journal. Its purpose was to articulate and promote a criminal justice reform agenda, associated with the Progressive Era that dominated the first third of the twentieth century.

Journal of Criminal Justice《刑事司法杂志》(双月刊). The Journal of Criminal Justice is an international journal intended to fill the present need for the dissemination of new information, ideas and methods, to both practitioners and academicians in the criminal justice area. The Journal is concerned with all aspects of the criminal justice system in terms of their relationships to each other. Although materials are presented relating to crime and the individual elements of the criminal justice system, the emphasis of the Journal is to tie together the functioning of these elements and to illustrate the effects of their interactions. Articles that reflect the application of new disciplines or analytical methodologies to the problems of criminal justice are of special interest.

Journal of African Law《非洲法律杂志》(一年3期). The Journal of African Law has been in existence for over 60 years and in that time has reflected changing trends in law and legal reform. The earlier focus on legal pluralism and customary law has evolved to include a focus on issues of international law in the African context, legal and institutional regional and sub-regional developments, post conflict resolution, constitutionalism, commercial law and environmental law. In recent years the Journal has published articles ranging from the Sharia debate in Nigeria, LGBT rights in Malawi, the new constitutional dispensation in Southern Sudan to case notes including on the rights of indigenous peoples under the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
