Resonancias《共鸣》（半年刊）. Resonancias aims to contribute to the generation of knowledge about music in its many different facets, as well as fomenting the development of music research, especially in Chile and Latin America.The journal’s target audience consists of researchers and students of music and its related fields, in particular the arts and humanities (history, anthropology, sociology, education, etc.), though it also encourages participation from researchers in other areas such as cognitive sciences, engineering and ICT.Resonancias focuses mainly on the publication of original research articles that constitute a contribution to knowledge in the field of music studies, which is understood in a broad sense, ranging from musicology and ethnomusicology to other disciplines that inform and intersect them, including but not limited to history, sociology, anthropology, psychology, cognitive sciences, education, cultural studies and other areas of scientific and technological research.

International Review of the Aesthetics and Sociology of Music《国际音乐美学与社会学评论》（半年刊）. The International Review of the Aesthetics and Sociology of Music features original scholarly articles on music aesthetics, the sociology of music, the social history of music, and the history of ideas in music. The journal has been published since 1970, with articles written in English, French, and German. In addition to articles, it features reviews, announcements and reports on conferences.

Popular Music and Society《流行音乐与社会》（一年5期）. Popular Music and Society , founded in 1971, publishes articles, book reviews, and audio reviews on popular music of any genre, time period, or geographic location. Popular Music and Society is open to all scholarly orientations toward popular music, including (but not limited to) historical, theoretical, critical, sociological, and cultural approaches. The terms "popular" and "society" are broadly defined to accommodate a wide range of articles on the subject.

Popular Music is an international multi-disciplinary journal covering all aspects of the subject - from the formation of social group identities through popular music, to the workings of the global music industry, to how particular pieces of music are put together. The journal includes all kinds of popular music, whether rap or rai, jazz or rock, from any historical era and any geographical location.

Plainsong & Medieval Music《无伴奏齐唱与中世纪音乐》（半年刊）. Published twice a year, this journal covers the entire field of plainchant and music. It encompasses Eastern and Western chant, secular lyric, music theory, paleography, performance practice, as well as medieval polyphony, both sacred and secular. The chronological scope extends from late antiquity to the early Renaissance and to the present day in the case of chant.

Organised Sound《音响合成》（一年3期）. Organised Sound is an international peer-reviewed journal which focuses on the rapidly developing methods and issues arising from the use of technology in music today. It concentrates upon the impact which the application of technology is having upon music in a variety of genres, including multimedia, performance art, sound sculpture and music ranging from popular idioms to experimental electroacoustic composition. It provides a unique forum for anyone interested in electroacoustic music studies, its creation and related developments to share the results of their research as they affect musical issues.

Ethnomusicology Forum《民族音乐学论坛》（一年3期）. Ethnomusicology Forum , formerly known as the British Journal of Ethnomusicology, is the academic, refereed journal of the British Forum for Ethnomusicology. The journal seeks to provide a dynamic forum for the presentation of new thinking in the field of ethnomusicology, defined broadly as the study of "people making music", and encompasses the study of all music, including Western art music and popular music.

Ethnomusicology《民族音乐学杂志》（一年3期）. As the official journal of the Society for Ethnomusicology, Ethnomusicology is the premier publication in the field.
