Palaeontologia Electronica《电子古生物学》（一年3期）. Founded in 1997, Palaeontologia Electronica (PE) is the longest running open-access, peer-reviewed electronic journal and covers all aspects of palaeontology. PE uses an external double-blind peer review system for all manuscripts. Copyright of scientific papers is held by one of the three sponsoring professional societies at the authors choice. Reviews, commentaries, and other material is placed in the public domain. PE papers comply with regulations for taxonomic nomenclature established in the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature and the International Code of Nomenclature for Algae, Fungi, and Plants.

Palaeontographica Abteilung B-Palaeophytologie Palaeobotany-Palaeophytology《古地貌学B：古植物学》（季刊）. Section B of Palaeontographica publishes contributions to palaeobotany, i.e. papers on morphological traits, systematics and phylogenetic features of plants as well as papers on palaeoclimatology and palynogeography. Especially worth mentioning are the comprehensive monographs published in Palaeontographica B on specific floras or plant groups. Often palaeoclimatic or stratigraphic problems are clarified by resorting to palaeobotanical data published in Section B of Palaeontographica.

Palaeontographica Abteilung A-Palaozoologie-Stratigraphie《古地貌学A：古动物学、地层学》（不定期）. Palaeontographica Section A publishes peer reviewed results of studies on palaeozoology, paleoecology and biostratigraphy. Its large paper format provides sufficient space for large tables, illustrations, photographs and Palaeontographica’s renowned plates.

Palaeogeography, Palaeoclimatology, Palaeoecology《古地理学、古气候学、古生态学》（半月刊）. Palaeogeography, Palaeoclimatology, Palaeoecology publishes high quality studies in the field of palaeoenvironmental geoscience. We seek submissions that address broad scientific questions of interest to a wide international community and focus on significant events in the evolution of life and environment. The reach of the journal covers the entire deep-time history of the biosphere from the Archaean through to the Quaternary, but we do not normally publish archaeological studies. A key criterion for consideration is that submissions address some key aspect of palaeoenvironmental change as their major theme including, but not limited to, studies of palaeoecology, palaeoclimatology, and palaeobiogeography.

Palaeobiodiversity and Palaeoenvironments《古生物多样性与古环境》（季刊）. Palaeobiodiversity and Palaeoenvironments is a peer-reviewed international journal for the publication of high-quality multidisciplinary studies in the fields of palaeobiodiversity, palaeoenvironments and palaeobiogeography. Key criteria for the acceptance of manuscripts are a global scope or implications of problems on a global scale significant not only for a single discipline, a focus on the diversity of fossil organisms and the causes and processes of change in Earth’s history.

Pakistan Veterinary Journal《巴基斯坦兽医杂志》（季刊）. The Pakistan Veterinary Journal (Pak Vet J), a quarterly publication, is being published regularly since 1981 by the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. It publishes original research manuscripts and review articles on health and diseases of animals including its various aspects like pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, parasitology and its treatment.

Pakistan Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences《巴基斯坦药学杂志》（季刊）. Pakistan Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (PJPS) is a peer reviewed multi-disciplinary pharmaceutical sciences journal. The PJPS had its origin in 1988 from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Karachi as a biannual journal, frequency converted as quarterly in 2005, and now PJPS is being published as bi-monthly from January 2013.

Pakistan Journal of Medical Sciences《巴基斯坦医学期刊》（月刊）. It is a peer reviewed medical journal published regularly since 1984. It was previously known as quarterly "SPECIALIST" till December 31st 1999. It publishes original research articles, review articles, current practices, short communications & case reports. It attracts manuscripts not only from within Pakistan but also from over fifty countries from abroad.

Pakistan Journal of Botany《巴基斯坦植物学杂志》（双月刊）. The Pakistan Journal of Botany is an international journal for publication of original research in plant science. Work on all plant groups, including fossil plants, is published. The journal publishes in the areas of: ecology and ecophysiology; conservation biology and biodiversity; forest biology and management; cell and molecular biology; paleobotany; reproductive biology and genetics; mycology and pathology; and structure and development.

The Pakistan Journal of Agricultural Sciences (PAKJAS) is an International journal published bimonthly by the Pakistan Association of Advancement in Agricultural Sciences located at University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan since 1964.
