Molecules《分子》（半月刊）. Molecules (ISSN 1420-3049, CODEN: MOLEFW) is an open access journal of synthetic organic chemistry and natural product chemistry. All articles are peer-reviewed and published continously upon acceptance. Molecules is published by MDPI, Basel, Switzerland. Our aim is to encourage chemists to publish as much as possible their experimental detail, particularly synthetic procedures and characterization information. There is no restriction on the length of the experimental section. In addition, availability of compound samples is published and considered as important information. Authors are encouraged to register or deposit their chemical samples through the non-profit international organization Molecular Diversity Preservation International (MDPI). Molecules has been launched in 1996 to preserve and exploit molecular diversity of both, chemical information and chemical substances.

Molecular Vision《分子视觉》（一年1卷）. Molecular Vision is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the dissemination of research results in molecular biology, cell biology, and the genetics of the visual system (ocular and cortical).

Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids《分子治疗-核酸》（季刊）. Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids publishes research targeted to the advances in nucleic acid-based therapeutics to treat and/or correct genetic and acquired disease. Subject areas include: development of therapeutics based on nucleic acids and their derivatives, vector development and design for the delivery of RNA-based therapeutics, and applications of gene-modifying agents.

Molecular Therapy Advances《分子治疗进展》（季刊）. Molecular Therapy Advances is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing transformative research across the full spectrum of gene and cell therapy. Molecular Systems Design & Engineering《分子系统设计与工程》（月刊）. Molecular engineering employs experimental, theoretical and computational approaches to establish new understanding of molecular properties and behaviours, and uses this understanding to design and assemble better materials, systems, and processes to achieve specific functions. Molecular Syndromology《分子合成学》（双月刊）. Molecular Syndromology aims to furnish the medical genetics community with clinically useful information regarding genetic and genomic disorders. The scope of Molecular Syndromology includes papers that elucidate the molecular and biochemical basis of the disease, genotype-phenotype correlations, and the prognosis and treatment options based on knowledge of the underlying mutation(s). To do so, Molecular Syndromology publishes research and review articles, case reports revealing novel genes, mutations and phenotypes, and summaries of symposia and workshops on themes with relevance to clinical genetics.

Molecular Simulation《分子模拟》（一年18期）. Molecular Simulation covers all aspects of research related to, or of importance to, molecular modelling and simulation.
