Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation《化学理论与计算杂志》（半月刊）. The Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation publishes papers reporting new theories, methodology, and/or important applications in quantum electronic structure, molecular dynamics, and statistical mechanics. Specific topics include advances in or applications of ab initio quantum mechanics, density functional theory, design and properties of new materials, surface science, Monte Carlo simulations, solvation models, QM/MM calculations, biomolecular structure prediction, and molecular dynamics in the broadest sense including gas phase dynamics, ab initio dynamics, biomolecular dynamics, and protein folding. The Journal does not consider papers that are straightforward applications of known methods including DFT and molecular dynamics. The Journal favors submissions that include advances in theory or methodology with applications to compelling problems.

Journal of Chemical Technology & Biotechnology (JCTB) is an international, interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal concerned with the application of scientific discoveries and advancements in chemical and biological technology that aim towards economically and environmentally sustainable industrial processes.

Journal of Chemical Sciences《化学科学杂志》（季刊）. Journal of Chemical Sciences is a monthly journal published by the Indian Academy of Sciences. It formed part of the original Proceedings of the Indian Academy of Sciences – Part A, started by the Nobel Laureate Prof C V Raman in 1934, that was split in 1978 into three separate journals. It was renamed as Journal of Chemical Sciences in 2004. The journal publishes original research articles and rapid communications, covering all areas of chemical sciences. A significant feature of the journal is its special issues, brought out from time to time, devoted to conference symposia/proceedings in frontier areas of the subject, held not only in India but also in other countries.

Specific topics include the representation and computer-based searching of chemical databases, molecular modeling, computer-aided molecular design of new materials, catalysts, or ligands, development of new computational methods or efficient algorithms for chemical software, and biopharmaceutical chemistry including analyses of biological activity and other issues related to drug discovery.

The Journal of Chemical Education publishes peer-reviewed articles and related information as a resource to those in the field of chemical education and to those institutions that serve them. JCE typically addresses chemical content, activities, laboratory experiments, instructional methods, and pedagogies. The Journal serves as a means of communication among people across the world who are interested in the teaching and learning of chemistry. This includes instructors of chemistry from middle school through graduate school, professional staff who support these teaching activities, as well as some scientists in commerce, industry, and government.

Journal of Chemical Ecology《化学生态学杂志》（双月刊）. Journal of Chemical Ecology is devoted to promoting an ecological understanding of the origin, function, and significance of natural chemicals that mediate interactions within and between organisms. Such relationships, often adaptively important, comprise the oldest of communication systems in terrestrial and aquatic environments. With recent advances in methodology for elucidating structures of the chemical compounds involved, a strong interdisciplinary association has developed between chemists and biologists which should accelerate understanding of these interactions in nature.
