Protist《原生生物》（双月刊）. Protist is the international forum for reporting substantial and novel findings in any area of research on protists. The criteria for acceptance of manuscripts are scientific excellence, significance, and interest for a broad readership. Suitable subject areas include: molecular, cell and developmental biology, biochemistry, systematics and phylogeny, and ecology of protists. Both autotrophic and heterotrophic protists as well as parasites are covered. The journal publishes original papers, short historical perspectives and includes a news and views section.

Papers describing novel applications of proteomics and integration of multi-omics data and approaches are especially welcome.

PROTEINS : Structure, Function, and Bioinformatics publishes original reports of significant experimental and analytic research in all areas of protein research: structure, function, computation, genetics, and design. The journal encourages reports that present new experimental or computational approaches for interpreting and understanding data from biophysical chemistry, structural studies of proteins and macromolecular assemblies, alterations of protein structure and function engineered through techniques of molecular biology and genetics, functional analyses under physiologic conditions, as well as the interactions of proteins with receptors, nucleic acids, or other specific ligands or substrates.

Protein Science《蛋白质科学》（月刊）. Protein Science, the flagship journal of The Protein Society, publishes original reports and review articles that advance fundamental knowledge, in the broadest sense, concerning protein molecules. Protein Science welcomes papers describing experimental and computational or theoretical studies focused on protein function, including analyses of mechanism, structure, folding, design, and evolution. We also welcome papers that describe the applications of protein science in the areas of therapeutics, protein-based biomaterials, bionanotechnology, synthetic biology, and bioelectronics.

The Protein Journal《蛋白质杂志》（双月刊）. The Protein Journal (formerly the Journal of Protein Chemistry) publishes original research work that includes experimental content from any field of biochemical, biophysical, and bioengineering research concerning the structure and function of proteins and peptides. These include studies concerned with covalent or three-dimensional structure determination, biophysical methods, computational aspects of protein structure and function, protein folding and misfolding, assembly, genetics, evolution, proteomics, molecular biology, protein engineering, protein nanotechnology, protein purification and analysis and peptide synthesis, as well as the elucidation and interpretation of the molecular bases of biological activities of proteins and peptides.

Protein Expression and Purification《蛋白质表达与纯化》（月刊）. Protein Expression and Purification is an international journal providing a forum for the dissemination of new information on protein expression, extraction, purification, characterization, and/or applications using conventional biochemical and/or modern molecular biological approaches and methods, which are of broad interest to the field. The journal does not typically publish repetitive examples of protein expression and purification involving standard, well-established, methods. However, exceptions might include studies on important and/or difficult to express and/or purify proteins and/or studies that include extensive protein characterization, which provide new, previously unpublished information.

Protein Engineering, Design and Selection (PEDS) publishes high-quality research papers and review articles relevant to the engineering, design and selection of proteins for use in biotechnology and therapy, and for understanding the fundamental link between protein sequence, structure, dynamics, function, and evolution.

Protein & Peptide Letters《蛋白质和肽快报》（一年11期）. Protein & Peptide Letters publishes letters, original research papers, mini-reviews and guest edited issues in all important aspects of protein and peptide research, including structural studies, advances in recombinant expression, function, synthesis, enzymology, immunology, molecular modeling, and drug design. Manuscripts must have a significant element of novelty, timeliness and urgency that merit rapid publication. Reports of crystallization and preliminary structure determination of biologically important proteins are considered only if they include significant new approaches or deal with proteins of immediate importance, and preliminary structure determinations of biologically important proteins.
