In addition to original articles, the Journal publishes comprehensive reviews on topical subjects and brief communications of preliminary results.

Urban Ecosystems《城市生态系统》（双月刊）. Urban Ecosystems is an international journal devoted to scientific investigations of urban environments and the relationships between socioeconomic and ecological structures and processes in urban environments. The scope of the journal is broad, including interactions between urban ecosystems and associated suburban and rural environments. Contributions may span a range of specific subject areas as they may apply to urban environments: biodiversity, biogeochemistry, conservation biology, wildlife and fisheries management, ecosystem ecology, ecosystem services, environmental chemistry, hydrology, landscape architecture, meteorology and climate, policy, population biology, social and human ecology, soil science, and urban planning.

African Invertebrates《非洲无脊椎动物》（半年刊）. African Invertebrates is an international peer-reviewed, open-access journal that focuses primarily on the taxonomy, systematics, biogeography, and palaeontology of Afrotropical invertebrates, whether terrestrial, freshwater or marine. Aspects concerning biology, ecology, and conservation may also be considered where these relate to the primary focus areas. Papers dealing solely with biology, ecology, physiology, pests and pest control should be submitted elsewhere.

Upsala Journal of Medical Sciences《乌普萨拉医学科学杂志》（一年1卷）. Upsala Journal of Medical Sciences is an Open Access international, peer-reviewed journal published by the Upsala Medical Society. It has been published since 1865 and is one of the oldest medical journals in Sweden. The journal publishes clinical and experimental original works in the medical field. Although focusing on regional issues, the journal always welcomes contributions from outside Sweden. Please note that this journal only publishes manuscripts in English.

African Health Sciences《非洲卫生科学》（季刊）. African Health Sciences is an open access, free online, internationally refereed journal publishing original articles on research, clinical practice, public health, policy, planning, implementation and evaluation, in the health and related sciences relevant to Africa and the tropics. African Health Sciences acknowledges support provided by the African Health Journals Partnership Project that is funded by the US National Institutes of Health (through the National Library of Medicine and the Fogarty International Center) and facilitated by the Council of Science Editors.
