《微系统与纳米工程（英文版）》（Microsystems & nanoengineering）（双月刊），是中国科学院电子学研究所（简称电子所）与英国自然出版集团（简称NPG）合作出版的开放获取在线期刊，于2015年5月28日正式上线出版。 Microsystems & Nanoengineering是NPG旗下的第一本工程类学术期刊。采用严格的国际同行评议制度，和开放获取（Open Access）的办刊模式，主要报道微系统与纳米工程领域最高质量的基础性研究成果。
