  • 相关费用：无费用︾The Review of Higher Education (RHE) will be operating under a Subscribe to Open (S2O) model 2025-2027, which is an exciting change. We met the subscription threshold this year, which means RHE content published in the 2025 calendar year will be open to the public. The 3-year S2O arrangement also includes articles published in RHE’s Ahead of Print section. Each year for 3-years, subscriptions have to hit a certain threshold in order for articles to be made open access.
    Subscribe to Open (S2O) is an equitable open access model for scholarly journals that enables subscription journals to open access to their current content without Article Processing Charges (APCs).

  • 期刊简介：The Review of Higher Education《高等教育评论》（季刊）. The Review of Higher Education (RHE) is considered one of the leading research journals in the field as it keeps scholars, academic leaders, and public policymakers abreast of critical issues facing higher education today. RHE advances the study of college and university issues by publishing peer-reviewed empirical research studies, empirically based historical and theoretical articles, and scholarly reviews and essays that move the study of colleges and universities forward. Our manuscript acceptance rate is ~5-7% (~20 articles/ 400+ submissions). RHE is the official journal of the Association for the Study of Higher Education and follows the ASHE Bylaws and Statement on Diversity. A subscription is included in ASHE membership.
