  • 相关费用：选择性费用︾IEEE Open Access Charges: ：The IEEE TDEI is a hybridjournal that publishes both traditional subscription-basedcontent as well as open access (author-pays) content. After themanuscript is accepted for publication, the authors must pay the$2,195 Open Access fee to enable unrestricted public access.Open Access charges are billed separately from the otherapplicable charges below. No Open Access payment is requiredfor traditional submission, which will be only available to IEEEXplore subscribers.
    Mandatory Page Charges: Mandatory page charges of $150per page are required for contributions longer than thepredetermined page limit (see Types of Submissions). Theauthors agree to pay these charges simply by submitting theirmanuscript to the IEEE TDEI.
    Color Charges: All figures will be published in color free ofcharge in the electronic version on IEEE Xplore. The chargefor print color is $275 per color figure.

The IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation (TDEI) publishes articles on dielectric phenomena and measurements to analyze these phenomena; development and characterization of vacuum, gaseous, liquid, and solid dielectrics and electrical insulating components of systems; investigation of dielectric properties for innovative use including functional dielectrics; diagnostic and prognostic methods with a primary focus on the behavior and properties of the electrical insulation in devices under operational stresses. The description of diagnostic methods without a primary link to the dielectric phenomena studied does not belong in these Transactions.
