Proteomics《蛋白质组学》（半月刊）. PROTEOMICS is the premier international source for information on all aspects of applications and technologies, including software, in proteomics, other omics and systems biology approaches. The journal includes but is not limited to proteomics, genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics and lipidomics, and systems biology approaches. Papers describing novel applications of proteomics and integration of multi-omics data and approaches are especially welcome.

PROTEINS : Structure, Function, and Bioinformatics publishes original reports of significant experimental and analytic research in all areas of protein research: structure, function, computation, genetics, and design. The journal encourages reports that present new experimental or computational approaches for interpreting and understanding data from biophysical chemistry, structural studies of proteins and macromolecular assemblies, alterations of protein structure and function engineered through techniques of molecular biology and genetics, functional analyses under physiologic conditions, as well as the interactions of proteins with receptors, nucleic acids, or other specific ligands or substrates.

Protein Science《蛋白质科学》（月刊）. Protein Science, the flagship journal of The Protein Society, publishes original reports and review articles that advance fundamental knowledge, in the broadest sense, concerning protein molecules. Protein Science welcomes papers describing experimental and computational or theoretical studies focused on protein function, including analyses of mechanism, structure, folding, design, and evolution. Protein Expression and Purification《蛋白质表达与纯化》（月刊）. Protein Expression and Purification is an international journal providing a forum for the dissemination of new information on protein expression, extraction, purification, characterization, and/or applications using conventional biochemical and/or modern molecular biological approaches and methods, which are of broad interest to the field. The journal does not typically publish repetitive examples of protein expression and purification involving standard, well-established, methods. However, exceptions might include studies on important and/or difficult to express and/or purify proteins and/or studies that include extensive protein characterization, which provide new, previously unpublished information.

Protein Engineering, Design and Selection《蛋白质工程、设计与精选》（一年1卷）. Protein Engineering, Design and Selection (PEDS) publishes high-quality research papers and review articles relevant to the engineering, design and selection of proteins for use in biotechnology and therapy, and for understanding the fundamental link between protein sequence, structure, dynamics, function, and evolution.
