Journal of Computational Physics《计算物理杂志》（半月刊）. The Journal of Computational Physics focuses on the computational aspects of physical problems. JCP encourages original scientific contributions in advanced mathematical and numerical modeling reflecting a combination of concepts, methods and principles which are often interdisciplinary in nature and span several areas of physics, mechanics, applied mathematics, statistics, applied geometry, computer science, chemistry and other scientific disciplines as well: the Journals editors seek to emphasize methods that cross disciplinary boundaries.

Journal of Computational and Theoretical Transport《运输计算与理论杂志》（一年7期）. Journal of Computational and Theoretical Transport brings together closely related mathematical concepts and techniques to encourage a productive, interdisciplinary exchange of ideas.

Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation《化学理论与计算杂志》（半月刊）. The Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation publishes papers reporting new theories, methodology, and/or important applications in quantum electronic structure, molecular dynamics, and statistical mechanics. Specific topics include advances in or applications of ab initio quantum mechanics, density functional theory, design and properties of new materials, surface science, Monte Carlo simulations, solvation models, QM/MM calculations, biomolecular structure prediction, and molecular dynamics in the broadest sense including gas phase dynamics, ab initio dynamics, biomolecular dynamics, and protein folding. The Journal does not consider papers that are straightforward applications of known methods including DFT and molecular dynamics. The Journal favors submissions that include advances in theory or methodology with applications to compelling problems.

Japanese Journal of Applied Physics《日本应用物理杂志》（月刊）. The Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP) is an international journal for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in all fields of applied physics. JJAP is a sister journal of the Applied Physics Express (APEX) and is published by IOP Publishing Ltd on behalf of the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP).
