Microorganisms《微生物》（月刊）. Microorganisms (ISSN 2076-2607) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal that provides an advanced forum for studies related to prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms, viruses and prions. It publishes original scientific research articles, comprehensive reviews, comments, commentaries, perspectives, etc. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on paper length. Full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced. Electronic files and software regarding the full details of the calculation or experimental procedure, if unable to be published in a normal way, can be deposited as supplementary electronic material.

Microbiome《微生物组学》（一年1卷）. Microbiome: The scope of the journal encompasses studies of microbiomes colonizing humans, animals, plants or the environment, both built and natural or manipulated, as in agriculture. Studies on the development and application of meta-omics approaches or novel bioinformatics tools, on community/host interaction with emphasis on structure-function relationship that would lead to substantial advances in the field will be considered for publication.

Microbiology-SGM《微生物学》（月刊）. The Microbiology Editorial Board has been organised by the topic areas of the journal, emphasising the breadth of microbiology as a field, and streamlining the submission process for authors. On submission, authors are encouraged to highlight a suitable handling Editor in their cover letter.

MicrobiologyOpen《微生物学（开放）》（双月刊）. MicrobiologyOpen is an interdisciplinary, broad-scope journal delivering rapid decisions and fast publication of microbial science and biotech – fields that are undergoing a profound and exciting evolution in this post-genomic era.

Microbiology Spectrum《微生物学波普》（月刊）. Microbiology Spectrum (Spectrum) publishes research from all domains of basic, applied, and clinical microbial sciences. Rather than making subjective evaluations of potential impact, Microbiology Spectrum publishes research studies that are of high technical quality and are useful to the community. All decisions are made by an international and diverse editorial board that fully represents the microbiology research community. The journal provides authors with fair, rapid, and rigorous peer review.

Microbiology《微生物学》（双月刊）. Microbiology is an international peer-reviewed journal that covers a wide range of problems in the areas of fundamental and applied microbiology. The journal publishes experimental and theoretical papers, reviews on modern trends in different fields of microbiological science, and short communications with descriptions of unusual observations. The journal welcomes manuscripts from all countries.

Microbiological Research《微生物学研究》（月刊）. Microbiological Research is devoted to publishing reports on prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms such as yeasts, fungi, bacteria, archaea, and protozoa. Research on interactions between pathogenic microorganisms and their environment or hosts are also covered. The research should be original and include molecular aspects to generate a significant contribution of broad interest. Papers of rather specialised or of preliminary and descriptive content will normally not be considered.

Microbial Risk Analysis《微生物风险分析》（一年3期）. The peer-reviewed journal Microbial Risk Analysis accepts articles dealing with the study of risk analysis applied to microbial hazards. Manuscripts should at least cover any of the components of risk assessment (risk characterization, exposure assessment, etc.), risk management and/or risk communication in any microbiology field (clinical, environmental, food, veterinary, etc.).

Microbial Pathogenesis《微生物发病机理》（月刊）. Microbial Pathogenesis publishes original contributions and reviews about the molecular and cellular mechanisms of infectious diseases. It covers microbiology, host-pathogen interaction and immunology related to infectious agents, including bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa. It also accepts papers in the field of clinical microbiology, with the exception of case reports.
