Mljekarstvo《乳制品》（季刊）. Mljekarstvo is an open access, peer-reviewed international quarterly scientific journal. The first issue was published in 1951, by the Croatian Dairy Operators Association (today: Croatian Dairy Union, publisher). Mljekarstvo is supported by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia. Mljekarstvo publishes original scientific papers, preliminary communications, scientific notes and reviews

Mitteilungen Klosterneuburg《克洛斯特新堡通报》（季刊）. Die seit 1951 bestehende hauseigene internationale Fachzeitschrift „Mitteilungen Klosterneuburg - Rebe und Wein, Obstbau und Früchteverwertung“ erscheint viermal im Jahr und veröffentlicht wissenschaftliche Arbeiten zu den Fachbereichen Weinbau und Kellerwirtschaft, Obstbau und -verarbeitung sowie Weinchemie, Mikrobiologie, Hygiene und Qualitätsmanagement.

Medical and Veterinary Entomology《医学昆虫学与兽医昆虫学》（季刊）. Medical and Veterinary Entomology covers the biology and control of insects, ticks, mites, and other arthropods of medical and veterinary importance. Papers submitted to Medical and Veterinary Entomology should be novel research papers in the form of original articles or short communications; reviews and letters to the editor also are welcome.

Meat Science《肉类科学》（月刊）. It is the purpose of Meat Science to provide an appropriate medium for the dissemination of interdisciplinary and international knowledge on all the factors which influence the properties of meat. The journal is predominantly concerned with the flesh of mammals; however, contributions on poultry will only be considered, if they demonstrate that they would increase the overall understanding of the relationship between the nature of muscle and the quality of the meat which muscles become post mortem. Papers on large birds (e.g. emus, ostriches) and wild capture mammals and crocodiles will be considered.

Maydica《玉米》（一年3期）. MAYDICA (founded by L.Fenaroli in 1956 and renewed in the actual form in 1989) publishes quarterly original paper in the field of genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, physiology, breeding and agronomy of maize and allied species.

Marine and Freshwater Research《海洋与淡水研究》（一年18期）. Marine and Freshwater Research is an international and interdisciplinary journal publishing contributions on all aquatic environments. The journal’s content addresses broad conceptual questions and investigations about the ecology and management of aquatic environments. Environments range from groundwaters, wetlands and streams to estuaries, rocky shores, reefs and the open ocean. Subject areas include, but are not limited to: aquatic ecosystem processes, such as nutrient cycling; biology; ecology; biogeochemistry; biogeography and phylogeography; hydrology; limnology; oceanography; toxicology; conservation and management; and ecosystem services.

Marine and Coastal Fisheries《海洋与沿海渔业》（双月刊）. Marine and Coastal Fisheries: Dynamics, Management, and Ecosystem Science publishes original and innovative research that synthesizes information on biological organization across spatial and temporal scales to promote ecologically sound fisheries science and management. This Gold Open Access journal provides an international venue for studies of marine, coastal, and estuarine fisheries, with emphasis on species performance and responses to perturbations in their environment, and promotes the development of ecosystem-based fisheries science and management.

Madera y Bosques《木材与森林》（一年3期）. Madera y Bosques (Wood and Forests) is a scientific periodical journal which has the objective of serving as media for scientific and technological research related to forest products, forest management and conservation as well as forest ecology topics and related subjects. It publishes original scientific papers, topical articles, scientific notes or bibliographic reviews. It is a quarterly publication that appears in Spring, Summer and Fall. Ocassionally, special Winter Issues are published. Manuscripts are accepted in Spanish, English and sporadically in other languages. It has no Page Processing Charges and it is published by the Environment and Sustainability Department of the Instituto de Ecología, A.C. (Xalapa, Ver., México).

LWT-Food Science and Technology《LWT:食品科学与技术》（半月刊）. LWT - Food Science and Technology is an international journal that publishes innovative papers in the fields of food chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, technology and nutrition. The work described should be innovative either in the approach or in the methods used. The significance of the results either for the science community or for the food industry must also be specified. Contributions written in English are welcomed in the form of review articles, short reviews, research papers, and research notes. Papers featuring animal trials and cell cultures are outside the scope of the journal and will not be considered for publication.
