Grasas y Aceites《油脂与酸》（季刊）. Grasas y Aceites is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de la Grasa, peer-reviewed and devoted to the publication of original articles concerning the broad field of lipids, especially edible fats and oils from different origins, including non acyl lipids from microbial origin relevant to the food industry. Food Science of Animal Resources《动物资源食品科学》（双月刊）. The Food Science of Animal Resources (Food Sci. Anim. Resour.) has published original papers and reviewed articles bimonthly since 1979. The six issues are published on the first days of January, March, May, July, September, and November from 2020. It covers the scientific and technological aspects of chemistry, biotechnology, processing, engineering, and microbiology of meat, egg, dairy, and edible insect/worm products. This journal is published and distributed by the Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources (KoSFA).

Food Chemistry: X《食品化学X》（一年8期）. Food Chemistry: X is one of two companion journals to the highly respected Food Chemistry and has the same aims and scope and peer-review process. Food Chemistry X publishes papers dealing with the advancement of the chemistry and biochemistry of foods or the analytical methods/approach used. Fire-SWITZERLAND《火灾》（月刊）. Fire (ISSN 2571-6255) is an international open-access journal about the science, policy, and technology of fires and how they interact with communities and the environment. Fire serves as an international forum for diverse scientific and practical knowledge to converge in the interest of promoting more safe, effective, and scientifically driven expertise in the policy, community actions, and operational management of fires. Fire was established in 2018 and was originally focused on fire ecology and the role of vegetation fires on the landscape. Today, the journal welcomes include a wider diversity of fire science topics.
