PPAR Research《PPAR研究》（一年1卷）. PPAR Research is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal that publishes original research and review articles on advances in basic research focusing on mechanisms involved in the activation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs), as well as their role in the regulation of cellular differentiation, development, energy homeostasis and metabolic function. The journal also welcomes preclinical and clinical trials of drugs that can modulate PPAR activity, with a view to treating chronic diseases and disorders such as dyslipidemia, diabetes, adipocyte differentiation, inflammation, cancer, lung diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and obesity.

The Revista do Instituto de Medicina Tropical de São Paulo (Journal of the Institute of Tropical Medicine of São Paulo) was created in 1959 by professor Luiz Rey, the editor until 1964 when he was succeeded by Prof. Carlos da Silva Lacaz. Professor Thales de Brito became the editor in September 1985 until 2015, and he was succeeded by Prof. Thelma Suely Okay. Published in English, the journal is devoted to research on different aspects of tropical infectious diseases.
