ROPPA publishes articles that reflect the varied approaches used in the study and practice of human resource management. Of particular interest are studies that analyze the effects of specific human resource procedures or programs on the management function and studies that assess the impact of human resource management on the broader areas of public policy and administration. The Review of Policy Research (RPR) is an international peer-reviewed journal devoted to the publication of research and analysis examining the politics and policy of science and technology.
