Journal of Crime & Justice《犯罪与司法杂志》(一年5期). The Journal of Crime & Justice, the official journal of the Midwestern Criminal Justice Association, aims to reflect the current concerns and latest research of Criminology and Criminal Justice scholars and advance discussion of these issues. The scope of the Journal is broad, encompassing a wide array of criminology and criminal justice topics and issues. Some of these concerns include items pertaining to the definition of crime, social control, why people do or do not commit crime, issues pertaining to the juvenile justice system and the criminal justice system, evaluation research, and policy development and implementation. Quantitative and qualitative articles and theoretical commentaries are welcome. Special topic issues are also considered.

Journal of African Law《非洲法律杂志》(一年3期). The Journal of African Law has been in existence for over 60 years and in that time has reflected changing trends in law and legal reform. The earlier focus on legal pluralism and customary law has evolved to include a focus on issues of international law in the African context, legal and institutional regional and sub-regional developments, post conflict resolution, constitutionalism, commercial law and environmental law. In recent years the Journal has published articles ranging from the Sharia debate in Nigeria, LGBT rights in Malawi, the new constitutional dispensation in Southern Sudan to case notes including on the rights of indigenous peoples under the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.

It promotes reflection on humanitarian law, policy and action in armed conflict and other situations of collective armed violence.
