Soundings《发声》（一年3期）. At Soundings we believe that the left’s main task is to put together a strong counter-hegemonic challenge to the powerful forces ranged against it – and that serious thinking is an important part of activism.The journal was established in 1995 by Stuart Hall, Doreen Massey and Michael Rustin. Its aim, then as now, was to offer ideas that could assist the left in thinking strategically about the dilemmas and challenges it faces. The journal’s theoretical framework is broadly based on the traditions of the New Left, but it also draws on emerging ideas from contemporary movements and cultural politics.

It mainly includes scholarly articles, opinion essays, and interviews, but it also includes literary works of fiction and poetry, visual arts, and reviews.

Slovo《词》（半年刊）. Slovo is an interdisciplinary, postgraduate peer-reviewed academic journal, entirely managed and edited by postgraduate students at the University College Londons School of Slavonic and East European Studies. It is dedicated to the study of the political, social, economic, and cultural affairs of Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.

Slavonic and East European Review《斯拉夫与东欧评论》（季刊）. Slavonic and East European Review, the journal of the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University College London, is published by the Modern Humanities Research Association and UCL SSEES.

Sign Systems Studies《符号系统研究》（季刊）。Sign Systems Studies is an international journal of semiotics and sign processes in culture and nature.The journal was established in 1964 by Juri Lotman (initially as Труды по знаковым системам – Σημειωτική), and is thus the oldest international semiotic periodical. Originally (until 1992) a Russian-language series, it is now published in English, and has become a central institution in the semiotics of culture.

La revue Le Muséon, Revue d’études orientales , fondée en 1881 par Ch. de Harlez est spécialisée dans le domaine de l’Orient chrétien ancien et médiéval, y compris le monde biblique, la civilisation byzantine et les débuts de l’Islam.
