    Page Charges: Authors submitting papers to BSSA and SRL can choose a flat per-page rate of $195, regardless of the length of the paper. This is a change from our previous tiered structure. Authors choosing this option can upload the Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM) to a publicly available repository without an embargo.
    Open Access: For authors who prefer immediate public access to the Version of Record (VoR) for their papers, we offer a second option to choose a per-page Article Processing Change (APC) at a rate of $300 per page.

The Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America, commonly referred to as BSSA, (ISSN 0037-1106) is the premier journal of advanced research in earthquake seismology and related disciplines. Each issue is composed of scientific papers on the various aspects of seismology, including investigation of specific earthquakes, theoretical and observational studies of seismic waves, inverse methods for determining the structure of the Earth or the dynamics of the earthquake source, seismometry, earthquake hazard and risk estimation, seismotectonics, and earthquake engineering.
