“生物资源与生物加工”(Bioresources and Bioprocessing，简称BioB；出版物编号ISSN：2197-4365)是生物反应器工程国家重点实验室(SKLBE)与斯普林格(Springer)出版集团合作创办的英文学术期刊，官网地址http://www.bioresourcesbioprocessing.com；中文网址：http://sklbe.ecust.edu.cn/journal/。该刊所有论文的版权归作者所有，读者可以免费无限次下载阅读，出版加工费目前由SKLBE全额资助，并得到上海市高峰学科建设计划的大力支持。

BioB是联系生物技术上、中、下游的跨学科、应用型学术期刊，其范围不仅涵盖了生物资源的发现和应用，还包括可持续生物加工过程的设计与开发，主要关注但不限于下述研究领域：生物化工及微生物工程，生物催化及生物转化，生物合成及代谢工程，生物过程及生物系统工程，生物能源及生物炼制，细胞培养及生物医药工程，食品、农业及海洋生物技术，生物产品分离及纯化技术，生物治理及环境生物技术等。BioB编委会和编辑团队由来自美、德、日、韩以及海峡两岸的知名生物工程学者担纲，其中包括不少优秀青年学者。
