    Food Science and Human Wellness杂志创刊于2012年,由北京食品科学研究院主办,中国食品杂志社《食品科学》团队运营。本刊目前在ScienceDirect数据库全文开放获取,2020年文章下载量超过74万次。

    Food Science and Human WellnessISSN 2213-4530CN 10-1750/TS)于20199月正式被SCI数据库收录,从2017年第6卷第1期开始被检索,是中国大陆创刊的第一本食品科技类全英文SCI学术期刊。201911月,本刊成功入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划的高起点新刊类项目,为食品类英文期刊唯一入选。

    Food Science and Human Wellness近年来已陆续被SCIEESIFSTADOAJScopus等数据库收录,旨在提供一个国际化的学术传播交流平台,将食品科学、营养学、免疫学和交叉学科领域内最具创新力、影响力的科研论文及时传播给公众。

    Contributions falling into the following categories will be considered for publication: Original research papers, reviews.

    Please ensure that you select the appropriate article type from the list of options when making your submission. Authors contributing to special issues should ensure that they select the special issue article type from this list.

    Declaration of competing interest

    All authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence (bias) their work. Examples of potential conflicts of interest include employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, paid expert testimony, patent applications/registrations, and grants or other funding. Authors should complete the declaration of competing interest statement using this template and upload to the submission system at the Attach/Upload Files step. Note: Please do not convert the .docx template to another file type. Author signatures are not required. If there are no interests to declare, please choose the first option in the template.
