    The MIT Sloan School of Management will cease publication of MIT Sloan Management Review later this year.

    We’re still acquiring articles for the website, to post through November 2026.

    We will consider drafts only, not proposals.

    Length: 1000-2500 words.

    We’re especially interested in topics about leadership, AI, and work culture.

    Please review our position on the use of generative AI, stated on our guidelines page.

    The MIT SMR archive is expected to continue to be accessible after our closure.
