The Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics is a multidisciplinary, international journal publishing papers in the areas of nutritional science, clinical nutrition, dietetic practice and public health nutrition. The scope of the journal recognises the diverse nature of nutrition and dietetic research and will consider material from all facets employing a range of methodologies such as, public health epidemiology, dietary assessment, dietary interventions, dietetic practice, nutritional biochemistry, nutrigenomics and metabolomics.
