Economics of Transition and Institutional Change《转型经济学与制度变迁》（季刊）. Economics of Transition becomes Economics of Transition and Institutional Change. Through the enhanced new name the journal is reacting to important changes in the research community. Over the last years, Economics of Transition has increasingly received interesting contributions that come from outside the classical transition countries. Moreover, the research agenda of many of our authors has become broader. Beyond the classical questions of transition, the editors perceive a substantial interest for the institutional determinants of economic outcomes, and for the dynamics of institutions. The title change, together with our new Aims and Scope, are a response to these changes, and are designed to keep the journal relevant and to illustrate our continued openness to receive suitable research papers.

ZFW-Advances in Economic Geography《ZFW：经济地理学进展》 （季刊）. Starting with issue 1/2022, the former journal Zeitschrift für Wirtschaftsgeographie (The German Journal of Economic Geography) will be relaunched under the new title ZFW – Advances in Economic Geography. With ongoing internationalization of academic disciplines, the journal has made the decision to open up to the global academic community by focusing on English-language publications.
