Submission Guidelines

Submission

Contributors should prepare their manuscript in English according to the style of the journal and submit the paper via GNC’s Online Submission platform. The source files of the manuscript in the form of MS Word or LaTex2e will be required after the paper's acceptance.

Submission of a manuscript indicates a tacit understanding that the paper is not under consideration for publication with other journals. All contributions should be written in English with a brief abstract, a list of keywords and the author's mailing address. Authors are requested to put on the manuscript the e-mail address of the corresponding author to which proofs should be sent.

All figures should be submitted with clear captions in separate encapsulated post-script files or image files of at least 300 dpi.

Authors using PC- or Mac-based word-processors should follow the PDF formatting instructions in the relevant LaTeX/MS-Word package at the bottom of this page. Any manuscript, which does not conform to the instructions issued may be returned to authors for revision before review/acceptance/publication. Upon acceptance, authors are required to submit their source files — including all figure files for submission in TEX/MS-Word.

World Scientific encourages authors for whom English is not their first language to seek assistance from a fluent English speaker prior to submission. Alternatively, authors may contact organisations like Enago for assistance. This makes it easier for the editors and reviewers to check your manuscript. World Scientific reserves the right to return manuscripts written in poor English without review.

Page charge and color figures

There is no page charge for this journal.

The journal will produce color figures online and in its print edition, at no additional charge.

Acceptance

Upon acceptance of an article, the author(s) is/are assumed to have transferred the copyright of the article to TCGNC-CSAA and the publisher. Please download, complete and submit the copyright transfer form at https://www.worldscientific.com/pb-assets/wspc-site/journals/gnc-copyright-transfer-form-1610019863630.pdf

A biographical sketch and photograph of each author are to be supplied to the Publisher, to be included at the end of the published article.

The first author of every published article will be provided with a free PDF of the published submission. Purchase orders for additional reprints can be made on order forms available upon request.

The Editor reserves the right to reject a manuscript if the above are not adhered to.

Conflict of interest

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest (professional and/or financial) at the end of the manuscript. Financial support including any grants or support from companies should be mentioned in the Acknowledgments section.
