OR Spectrum《运筹学概览》（季刊）. OR Spectrum (ORSP) publishes applied and theoretical articles that contribute to Operations Research as a scientific instrument. Published articles develop and apply quantitative approaches to problem-solving and decision-making on a strategical, tactical, or operational level. Optimization and Engineering is a multidisciplinary journal; its primary goal is to promote the application of optimization methods in the general area of engineering sciences. We expect submissions to OPTE not only to make a significant optimization contribution but also to impact a specific engineering application.
