Foreign Language Annals《外语年鉴》（季刊）. Foreign Language Annals (FLA) is the official refereed, scholarly journal of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL). Dedicated to the advancement of language teaching and learning, the journal seeks to serve the professional interests of classroom instructors, researchers, and administrators who are concerned with the learning and teaching of languages, particularly languages other than English at all levels of instruction.

Folia Linguistica《语言学报》（半年刊）. Folia Linguistica and Folia Linguistica Historica are the peer-reviewed journals of the Societas Linguistica Europaea (SLE). Each volume consists of two issues of Folia Linguistica, one issue of Folia Linguistica Historica, and one Special Issue. Folia Linguistica is devoted to empirically based linguistic topics and covers all non-historical areas in the traditional disciplines of general linguistics. The journal welcomes work from various theoretical perspectives, but contributions should be directed towards a general linguistic audience, in other words the argument should be understandable to linguists with other theoretical backgrounds.

Fiscal Studies《财政研究》（季刊）. Fiscal Studies is a forum for original contributions in public economics. Its goal is to promote the rigorous discussion of public policy and contribute to informing policymaking and its public debate. To that end, the journal publishes articles studying the behaviour of individuals and firms, their responses to public policy and the wider effects of government action on the economy, with emphasis on the application of microeconomic insights and empirical methods.

First Language《第一语言》（双月刊）. First Language is a forum for research into how children acquire their first language, and the application of that research into practice. First Language publishes original research, theoretical articles, review articles and book reviews in all areas of first language acquisition. Age groups studied range from neonates to adolescents. This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

FinanzArchiv《金融文汇》（季刊）. As one of the worlds oldest professional journals in public finance, founded in 1884, FinanzArchiv (FA) publishes original work from all fields of public economics which are of interest to an international readership, e.g. taxation, public debt, public goods, public choice, federalism, market failure, social policy, and the welfare state.
