Food Chemistry《食品化学》（旬刊）. The Aims and Scope of Food Chemistry are assessed and modified on an annual basis to reflect developments in the field. This means that research topics that have been deemed in scope previously may now fall outside of the scope of the journal as our scientific and technical understanding of the fields evolve and topics become less novel, original or relevant to Food Chemistry.

As an interdisciplinary journal, a strong foundation of chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, theory, and/or modelling is incorporated into originated articles, reviews, and opinionated essays. In addition to regular submissions, the journal regularly features In Focus sections, targeted on specific topics and edited by experts in the field.

Biodegradation《生物降解》（双月刊）. Biodegradation publishes papers, reviews and mini-reviews on the biotransformation, mineralization, detoxification, recycling, amelioration or treatment of chemicals or waste materials by naturally-occurring microbial strains, microbial associations, or recombinant organisms.

Applied Optics《应用光学》（旬刊）. Applied Optics publishes in-depth peer-reviewed content about applications-centered research in optics. These articles cover research in optical technology, photonics, lasers, information processing, sensing and environmental optics.

Applied Energy《应用能源》（半月刊）. Applied Energy provides a forum for information on innovation, research, development and demonstration in the areas of energy conversion and conservation, the optimal use of energy resources, analysis and optimization of energy processes, mitigation of environmental pollutants, and sustainable energy systems.

Ultramicroscopy《超显微》（月刊）. Authors of this journal will receive an invitation e-mail to create microscope images for use with the Virtual Microscope when their manuscript is first reviewed. Acta Mechanica《力学学报》（月刊）. Since 1965, the international journal Acta Mechanica has been among the leading journals in the field of theoretical and applied mechanics. Electrochemistry is the official journal of The Electrochemical Society of Japan (ECSJ) and is devoted to the publication of research papers related to electrochemistry and applied physical chemistry. All manuscripts submitted are handled by the editorial board of Electrochemistry (Editorial Board), who have been appointed by ECSJ.
