The journal examines different levels of biological organization through the integration of molecular biology with physiology, phenomenology, and plant behavior.

Plant Science《植物科学》（月刊）. Plant Science will publish in the minimum of time, research manuscripts as well as commissioned reviews, method papers (technical papers) and commentaries recommended by its referees in all areas of experimental plant biology with emphasis in the broad areas of genomics, proteomics, biochemistry (including enzymology), physiology, cell biology, development, genetics, functional plant breeding, systems biology and the interaction of plants with the environment. Although manuscripts containing large data are welcomed, they must contain functional validation.

Plant Reproduction《植物繁殖》（季刊）. Plant Reproduction (formerly known as Sexual Plant Reproduction) is a journal devoted to publishing high-quality research in the field of reproductive processes in plants. Plant Protection Science《植物保护科学》（季刊）. An international open access peer-reviewed journal published by the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences and financed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. Founded 1921 (by 1997 under the title Ochrana rostlin). The Plant Pathology Journal《植物病理学杂志》（双月刊）. The journal scope includes epidemiology, diagnosis and management of disease, modeling with forecasting, biochemistry and physiology of disease, as well as plant-microbe interactions. Note that manuscripts focused on the first report of a new disease are not included in the scope of the journal.
