Plant Molecular Biology Reporter《植物分子生物学导报》（季刊）. The journal Plant Molecular Biology Reporter publishes new developments in plant molecular biology, molecular physiology, plant genetics and genomics, plant comparative transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics. The journal welcomes papers covering breakthrough technologies and discoveries in these areas, which will advance the knowledge base and methodologies.

Plant Methods《植物方法》（一年1卷）. Plant Methods is an open access, peer-reviewed journal for the plant research community that encompasses all aspects of technological innovation in the plant sciences. The goal of this journal is to stimulate the development and adoption of new and improved techniques and research tools and, where appropriate, to promote consistency of methodologies for better integration of data from different laboratories.

The Plant Journal《植物杂志》（半月刊）. The aim of TPJ is to publish exciting, high quality science that addresses fundamental questions in plant biology. Typically, the research will provide insight into an as yet unknown mechanism or poorly understood process, will constitute a highly significant contribution to our understanding of plants, and be of general interest to the plant science community. All areas of plant biology are welcome and the experimental approaches used can be wide-ranging and interdisciplinary. Many fully-sequenced genomes and related technologies are now available. TPJ welcomes functional genomics manuscripts when a scientific question, rather than the technology used, has driven the research.

Plant Growth Regulation《植物生长调控》（一年9期）. Plant Growth Regulation aims to explore the biology and mechanisms of plant growth and development, their regulation, and the physiological and environmental factors that influence these processes with a focus on phytohormones, stress physiology, and plant-microbe interactions.

The Plant Genome《植物基因组》（季刊）. The Plant Genome (TPG) publishes original research investigating all aspects of plant genomics including genome biology, functional genomics, genomic analyses of agronomically important traits, genomic resources, genomics-assisted breeding, and genome engineering. Technical breakthroughs reporting improvements in the efficiency and speed of acquiring and interpreting plant genomics data are welcome. The editorial board gives preference to frontier genomic advances and novel reports that use innovative genomic applications that advance our understanding of plant biology that may have applications to crop improvement. The journal also publishes invited review articles and perspectives that offer insight and commentary on recent advances in genomics and their potential for agronomic improvement.  

Plant Genetic Resources-Characterization and Utilization《植物遗传资源：表征与利用》（双月刊）. Plant Genetic Resources is an international peer-reviewed journal which is devoted to the many diverse topics concerned with the conservation, characterization, evaluation, and utilization of plant genetic resources—including science and practice, as well as policy, legal, and economic aspects. Articles on all types of plant genetic resources are included—although pharmaceutical uses are out of scope.

Plant Foods for Human Nutrition《与人类营养有关的植物性食品》（季刊）. Plant Foods for Human Nutrition (previously Qualitas Plantarum) is an international journal that publishes reports of original research and critical reviews concerned with the improvement and evaluation of the nutritional quality of plant foods for humans, as they are influenced by: Biotechnology (all fields, including molecular biology and genetic engineering); Food science and technology; Functional, nutraceutical or pharma foods; Other nutrients and non-nutrients inherent in plant foods.

Plant Ecology and Evolution《植物生态学与进化》（一年3期）. Plant Ecology and Evolution is a diamond open access journal that publishes papers about ecology, phylogenetics, and systematics of all plant groups (including algae, fungi, and myxomycetes), also covering related fields such as comparative and developmental morphology, conservation biology, evolution, phytogeography, pollen and spores, population biology, and vegetation studies. Submissions concerning (sub)tropical Africa are particularly welcome.

Plant Ecology & Diversity《植物生态学与多样性》（双月刊）. Plant Ecology and Diversity is an international journal for communicating results and novel ideas in plant science, in print and online, six times a year. All areas of plant biology relating to ecology, evolution and diversity are of interest, including those which explicitly deal with todays highly topical themes, such as biodiversity, conservation and global change. We consider submissions that address fundamental questions which are pertinent to contemporary plant science. Articles concerning extreme environments world-wide are particularly welcome.
