点评内容：审稿速度很快，5个工作日就给了编辑初审意见，主题不符，这个期刊主要还是收全球史视野论文。投稿要求在acknowledgment部分说明论文写作过程中AI工具的实际使用情况，指南中有模版参照。算是一次不错的投稿体验！另外，在投稿过程中，发现一个名字很类似的期刊，差点搞错了。另一本叫global histories：a student journal，所以投稿检索网页的时候得仔细点，还好两个期刊的脚注要求差不多，都是要求芝加哥格式。

点评内容：其实编辑送外审以及刊内审稿速度还挺快的，主要是作者自己拖得比较久，杂志偏好综述类、数据分析类文章。公安学方向能发的SSCI的确少，关键这个杂志还不要ORCID。编辑态度非常友好，可以说是返修后都秒回。发不了国内C刊的学者，可以尝试去发发国外的，会有意想不到的惊喜，真的是一点学术、职称歧视都没有。
